Dr Matt Parsons

Matt is joint practice principle of Mullumbimby Dental Centre with his wife Claire, he graduated from London University in 1989 and worked for 15 years in private practice in the UK. He moved to Byronshire in 2005 with his young family to take over the running of Mullumbimby Dental Centre. He enjoys all aspects of modern preventative dentistry but has a particular interest in cosmetic dentistry.

Dr Claire Parsons 

Claire graduated from London University in 1992 and has worked in full time private practice for the last 14 years. Her special interests are periodontics (gum treatment) and children’s dentistry. Having two young children helps her treat children  patiently and sympathetically.

Dr Michael Leach

Michael graduated from Adelaide University in 1975. In 1980 he bought the practice which has become Mullumbimby Dental Centre, and in 1988 moved it to its current location in purpose built premises.  He was the principal until 2005 and continues to work part time under the new management, enjoying being able to concentrate on dentistry without the distraction of running the practice. He has a special interest in implant dentistry and crown and bridge work.

Dr Paul Newell

Graduated from Bristol University in 1975 and worked in private practice in the UK and Australia. Completed a Masters degree in Public Health at Sydney University after research in Papua New Guniea. Tutored in the Periodontics and Preventitive Dentistry Department in University of Sydney before joining Mullumbimby Dental Centre in 1993. 

Dr Natalie Silbereisen

Natalie graduated from Melbourne University in 1999. She worked in private practice in Taree for three years before joining Mullumbimby Dental Centre in 2003.

Natalie’s friendly approach has made her very popular with both patients and staff alike. 

She enjoys all aspects of modern dental care. 

Dr Michael Bootes

Michael joined the practice recently after moving to the area from Adelaide. He has quickly established himself as a popular member of our team.
