Payment Policy
Full payment is requested on the day of treatment for the individual procedures performed. For treatments that involve 2 or more visits such as crowns, we require a 50% deposit when the tooth is prepared and the remaining balance upon completion. Please try to keep your appointment. We have set aside this time exclusively for you. If you are unable to keep an appointment, kindly give us 24 hours notice or a cancellation charge may apply.
We will always try to ensure that you understand your treatment and the costs involved.
We will inform you of different treatment options available and the costs at the initial consultation.
We will give you a quote before treatment.
Written quotes are available on request
For extensive treatment plans we can organise a treatment schedule to suit your financial needs.
Our HICAPS facility allows for on-the-spot claims of health fund rebates. Health fund rebates, however, cannot be guaranteed by this practice. Patients should confirm any rebates directly with their funds.
